The firm began as Acevedo & Gómez Abogados Asociados S.A.S. and later adopted the name Interpoint Legal S.A.S. It now operates under the brand Acevedo & Acevedo Abogados, keeping the same team, the same client base and the by Interpoint Legal endorsement that marks that continuity.
That history explains the shape of the practice. This is a firm that grew by advising real companies on their daily operations — contracts, payroll, taxes, imports, trademarks — and through that work came to specialise in the points where Colombian regulation bites hardest: compliance before the Superintendence of Companies and the SIC, tax authority audits, and the customs regime.
